• waking up in the morning after hearing the screech made by my kitchen tap
• having a "pet" lizard named "lizzie" and her boyfriend
• chasing "lizzie" or her boyfriend out of susan's or my room or my toilet
  
• cooking fried fish, prawn sambal, fried rice, sphagetti using only one stove! (i'm amazed how we managed to cook seeing how small our kitchen , seriously)
• singing Wang lee hom songs at 1am when we feel emo >.<
• listening to susan's and lynette's "stories" and "news" (which never fails to make laugh)
  
• imagining each other s** life in the future. hahaha. (i love this part the most *winks*)
  
• squeezing into susan's tiny little room just to play her nintendo
• giving out a LOT of opinions about American Next Top Model, singapore dramas, hong kong dramas, korean dramas, desperate housewives, deal or no deal - we take our dramas seriously. mmmhmmm! *nods head*
• a never ending war on whether lucas+brooke or lucas+peyton is better - go lucas+brooke! even though season 5 doesn't end that way... ='(   
  
• debating whether east malaysia or west malaysia is better (excluding food) (lol. and the east always seems to win)
• giving up on whether east malaysia or west malaysia has the better and cheaper food (for this one, east malaysia ALWAYS win. i surrender)
  
• eating dragon fruit almost every night (susan's command)
• being sooooooo diligent in making birthday presents *lol*
• skipping class to have a one tree hill season 2 marathon (2 days in a row) and grey's season 3 marathon

• going crazy together-gether doing sem 3,4 and 5 EOS!!! which includes
• singing wierd songs at wierd times
  
• shouting randomly
  
• memorising wierd things
• eating lots of tiger bicuits and drinking nescafe

i always say "B1-B1-08, hantar saje" to the guards every sunday when i go back to my apartment... and now i'm going to miss it...

I believe the title says it all. Even though, the park was a lil small because it was in hong kong but its still DISNEYLAND! memories of my childhood dreams of meeting disney princesses (ariel is gorgeous!), nightmares of goofy (he scares me, honestly  ) and wanting to see the actual disney castle (which was disappointing to my dismay. haha. it was a little small, i was expecting some giganto-magnificent castle *grins*)

but! no doubt, disneyland is the PLACE to celebrate christmas  what not with the disney songs, characters, mickey mouse and his "merrrrrrrrry christmas everybody" and the absoulutely wonderful FIREWORKS! oohhhh... I absolutely lurrrve fireworks! *day dreams* I'll make sure my husband-to-be puts fireworks on my wedding day. hahaha.

just to mengada-ada, decided to put my title in in french. haha. anyway, it actually means appreciating present moment  i think i have to constantly remind myself to avoid myself from dwelling in the past. yes, it is important to learn from mistakes but after we learned, we shud forgive ourselves and forget  thus just to add to my resolutions, one of my first and foremost priority in life is to always count my blessings!!!

here's a list of blessings i came up to remind myself how lucky i am
(i realised that this blog is becoming more and more "spiritual" lol! oh, how holy am thee   )

1. I have a great family, which is almost a portrait of a "near-perfect" happy family (not everyone's perfect ) mum, dad and bro is all living happily, quite wealthy and healthy (excpet dad - he still can't keep his eyes of curry mee and nasi lemak - oh! the horror of malaysian food! *lol*)

stop press! oh, i didn't mentioned something i recently am so supportive of - vegetarianism!!! its not only healthy, its relatively cheaper, and it ends cruelty to animals!

ok, i'm not here to write some karangan perbahasan so... go vegan! i'm actually only partial vegan - its really hard to be a full-time vegan with omnivore friends all around (and its mafan!) so decided to be more herbivorous-omnivore!

back to my blessings list...

2. "Love can last a while, but friends can last a lifetime"

I have three loveeeeely housemates -

miss lynette- the hamsap poh who brightens up my day by cracking really lame jokes, funny comments, hamsap gestures, juicy gossips, and how can i forget the two times where she literally lend me a shoulder to cry on. hahaha. luckily the volume of my tears wasn't that much

miss bree - whom i picked up all the habits from - the "urghhhhhhhh", the pms-ing, and the hand gestures (yes, its you who influenced me that *blueks*) and who constantly tells me things that i don't want to hear but need to hear - which what makes a true friend

miss susan - who is just like miss lynette (both of them seriously act synergistically) who takes care of us (bree, lynette n me) most of the time (only thing, is afraid of lizards. hahaha) - we love you mum!

Apart from this three. there is also my girlies - the other 5:

jia wen - the one who keeps me grounded
hui shing - the only other one who temans me in my shopaholic-ness
moon- the one that accompanies me in my victim-ness of deb n maine
ivy - the one whom i can tease. hahaha
maine - whom constantly makes me laugh by teasing me, ironically

and there's my persons  (think grey's anatomy )   

kian yee, sharon tai and john lim - who have listened to me rant on and on again about things i like to repeat about (you know what) and has been patiently telling me again and again things i need to hear over and over again. i have to emphasize on the "again and again" because i'm really a nag-ger (>.<)

yong pei - whom always know the right thing to say to make me feel better. i have no idea why she's studying pharmacy when she has such good counselling skills

wei loong -  whom have took care of me significantly for the past year

and how can i forget all my kalyana mitras - my spiritual friends 

I can honestly say this list can go on and on and actually my ultimate BFF is my mum  I can proud say this as she has changed so much for me (for the sake of her naive teenage daughter *blush*)

3. I am a perfect human being! (no, i'm not being a narcissist. but the first thing we shud appreciate, even before our family and friends!, is ourselves so, i'm not going to say "i'm too thin, i'm too fat - even though, i would still say it infront of other people because its the malaysian habit! - no malaysian has ever say "oh yes, i'm so thin. thank you" )

Things i love about myself

• my hair! (yes, i have to agree with sharon about my lovely black hair. thank you sharon! - praticing my mudita *glees*)
• my eyes (after countless of teasings - i realised that it was my eyes that was special that caused everyone to make such a "hooha" about it. so i'm going to appreciate it from now on  )
• my height (ok, i may not be some 6 inch model but at least i'm tall enough to stand and not be floating in a 5 feet pool, and tall enough to not look like a 13-year-old - hinting miss lynette. hahaha!)
• my body (ok, this has to be the last thing for me to appreciate but i am determine to  hehe)   
  

Well, the list is still going to continue on but for the present moment (which is what i'm trying to practise) is for me to complete my posology report and kick my procrastinating attitude (>.<)

as i have always repeat mistakes without changing them... i suppose the impact is not strong enough if i just say it in my thoughts. therefore i have decided to type it out just to implant my resolutions in me  

my resolutions! (updated to 6th decemeber)

1. do not be mesmerized by so called "good looking" people esp the gender with a bigger ego

- urgh! i must look beyond the charms of these people! i honestly dissappoint myself in this area. i actually got conned because of this  (oh gawd, pui yen - stop kap chai-ing!)

2. do not "tan pian yi" - stop my addiction to sales and cheap stuff and freebies

- nothin' comes free, dahlin'!

3. say NO! BU YAO! TAK NAK! não! いいえ! нет! αριθ!

- i have to, HAVE TO learn how to say the "WORD" so simple yet hard for me to say. urks! i need a lower tolerance level, seriously.

well, all of these resolutions started because of my vaio. the thing that got me so emo... pffffttttt.

anyway, just for updates, i just attended my fourth incovar camp and it was an inspiringly tiring camp - from all the travelling from my uni to camp 2 days in a row - i'm so "kuai" rite?

i'm freezing now - lately, my uni has a temperature problem so the whole uni building has been "chilled" - so i'm off before my fingers get frost-bite

i know... i soooooo badly dreadly wanted the pink one. but due to my self-inflicting "i feel bad for spending my dad's hard earned money" so decided to buy the cheaper one. checked out dell's pink inspiron but it was so u***(>.<)

anyway, being my "look outside but not inside" self, no doubt, the look of this laptop is undoubtly beautiful. so hu cares if its white la. still nice! hahaha.
